Microinnova constructed two dosing lines from Hastelloy, one from stainless steel, and one is free of metal, supporting flows between 15 and 250 ml per minute at pressures up to 20 bar. The plant also includes a reaction module and a quench module, both capable of supplying up to 500 ml per minute at the same pressure.
Four thermostats allow precise temperature control at different stages of the process, enabling operation with liquids, gases, and suspensions. This flexibility supports the use of various continuous reactor technologies while maintaining automatic operation. Microinnova’s modular design offers process adaptability through a standardized system that allows flow API manufacturing for multi-purpose functionality and mobile installation within walk-in fume hoods. This smart manufacturing environment ensures that processes can be reconfigured easily to meet evolving production needs.
