These fully automated, compact plants are designed for easy transportation and installation at different manufacturing sites, offering exceptional flexibility through an integrated plug & play concept. With a throughput of 14 tons per day, the system allows instant recipe changes and precise control of all streams using mass flow meters, eliminating the need for labor-intensive pre-weighing of substances.
This innovative approach replaces multiple batch vessels, significantly reduces processing time, minimizes manual work and waste, and ensures consistent product quality. The system’s enhanced safety and its adaptability enable seamless upgrades for new products, giving clients a clear pathway to increased capacity and operational efficiency.
The plant handles eight different liquid feeds with varying viscosities, dosing them into three static mixers to produce final mixtures for downstream production. Capable of adjusting polymer concentrations based on customer requirements, the continuous mixing system integrates smoothly with local IT infrastructures like SAP or any other ERP system, ensuring streamlined operations and real-time data management.
