Do you have further questions? Don’t hesitate to reach out to us!

Q: Do you manufacture reactors?

A: We do not manufacture any reactors. As a systems integrator we supply and integrate the best technology according to the chemistry requirements. We work very closely with industry leading suppliers such as Corning, Fluitec and Peschl to find the best solution to each individual case.

Q: How much does a plant system cost?

A:
This entirely depends on what is included in the plant system. We are able to supply both bespoke and modular type plant systems with specifications according to client requirements. Increasing capabilities of the plant system typically increases the cost, as well as using expensive materials of construction. However, the cost does not usually increase proportionally to the production throughput.

We would be happy to provide a price estimate to get a feel for the price of your desired system, as well as budgetary or firm quotations. Please contact us and we would be happy to support you further.

Q: Which chemistries do you have expertise in?

A:
You can find out more about the chemistries in our Process Design section.

Q: What is your main competence for plant systems?

A:
Our main application for plant systems is enabling chemical reactions for various industries. We also support formulation applications with liquids or semi-solids or gels.

Q: How to do you convert a batch process to a continuous process?

A: Having developed over 200 projects, we have a proven method of converting batch processes to continuous manufacture. You can find out more information here.

Q: Do you provide services for the Biotechnology industry?

A:
We are doing research in the field of enzymatic reactions. We are currently developing and building a continuous enzymatic plant with the H2020 project. To find out more, please contact us!

Q: What services do you provide as part of your process development?

A: You can find out more information about Microinnova’s method of process development here.

Q: Where does the name “Microinnova” come from?

A: During our early days, the company initially had a focus on micro-reactor technology and supported as such. However, over time the flow chemistry industry has grown strength to strength and consequently we have expanded our service and product portfolio. Today, we provide a one-stop-shop boutique style experience from process development to supplying a fully integrated plant system for production.

Q: What is the company vision?

A: The vision of Microinnova is to develop and realize efficient processes with passion and talent-based on process intensification, flow chemistry, continuous manufacturing and modular plant design.
