Stanford: Open Austria AI Workshop

At Microinnova, we believe that staying at the forefront of technology requires learning from the world’s most vibrant innovation ecosystems. That’s why our Founder and Strategic Director, Dr. Dirk Kirschneck, is currently in Silicon Valley for an intensive Executive Learning Journey on AI, Leadership, and Innovation. Integrating AI into leadership and industrial processes is the next frontier, and we are bringing these insights back home to power our mission.

How we apply AI at Microinnova: For us, AI is not a distant concept; it is an active engine in our engineering laboratory. We work on Machine Learning and Digital Twins for our continuous flow processes, and we aim for the reduction of empirical testing, accelerate process development, and ensure that our dedicated or modular plants operate with maximum efficiency and safety. Learning from the best in Silicon Valley allows us to further refine these “Smart Manufacturing” tools.

Organized by Open Austria, this journey is about more than just technology. It’s about how Generative AI and behavior design can scale impact and drive leadership in flow in the future.

Highlights from the journey so far:

💡 Deep-dive workshops at the Stanford Peace Innovation Lab exploring engagement architecture with experts Margarita Quihuis, Chris Bennett, and Michael F. Lopez.

🎓 A unique “Austrian take” on the Stanford ecosystem with Markus Zechner.

🤝 Connecting with the next generation of talent at the House of AI and the Open Austria Kickoff 2026.

We are here to learn from the best so we can continue bringing world-class, AI-driven innovation to our clients.
