Mobile Hydrogenation Technology

Microinnova developed a concept for a mobile hydrogenation plant capable of processing over 1 ton per hour. In a feasibility study, our team demonstrated that compact, efficient hydrogenation for polymers is achievable through process intensification. Conventional hydrogenation reactions, conventionally requiring hours, were accelerated to just minutes. This breakthrough allows for efficient processing of viscous raw materials and supports flexible, mobile plant designs. The result is a scalable, high-capacity hydrogenation process that meets modern efficiency and mobility demands.
