I Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC)

At Microinnova, we design and build skid-mounted plants using a modular approach. These systems consist of interconnected modules that can be combined based on specific process requirements. This flexibility allows us to achieve high performance while reducing investment costs and speeding up project timelines.
Each module can be customized to meet technical specifications or budget constraints. For cGMP manufacturing, we support clients with Design Qualification (DQ) and assign a dedicated project engineer to oversee the entire process. From development to installation, we ensure clear communication and seamless execution, delivering projects on time and to full customer satisfaction.

We support our clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their plant, including installation and commissioning. Before delivery, we perform a thorough Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to ensure everything functions perfectly. Once the plant is installed at your site, we complete the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) to confirm readiness for operation. For cGMP-compliant manufacturing, we also handle Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Process Qualification (PQ). This ensures that your plant meets all quality and regulatory standards, providing you with confidence in its reliability and performance.
Our modular plant design approach offers maximum flexibility and adaptability. We integrate state-of-the-art equipment and tailor modules to handle tasks like chemical reactions, formulation, and downstream processing. This modularity allows existing plants to be easily modified or expanded without major disruptions. As independent system integrators, we can select components from various suppliers to meet your technical and budgetary needs. This flexibility ensures your plant stays up-to-date and can quickly adapt to changing production demands.
The Module Type Package (MTP) Protocol simplifies automation in modular manufacturing. MTP allows for quick setup and reconfiguration of automation processes, reducing downtime and speeding up production. By standardizing communication between modules, MTP makes it easy to integrate equipment from different suppliers seamlessly. This protocol also supports quick adjustments to changing production needs without significant disruption. MTP enhances efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness, helping you maintain agility in a fast-paced market. At Microinnova, we support your transition to efficient, modular processing with MTP.

Process Analytical Technology (PAT) provides tools for monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure product quality. By measuring key Critical Process Parameters (CPP), PAT helps maintain Critical Quality Attributes (CQA), ensuring consistent quality in every batch.

PAT can optimize production efficiency by using advanced control strategies like Model Predictive Control (MPC) and simulations such as Digital Twins (DT). These tools help you analyze, predict, and improve processes in real time, reducing errors and enhancing productivity.
