Guided by two core principles, our activities revolve around the identification of #CriticalProcessParameters and the dedication to providing processes and chemistries with precisely what they need.

A distinctive methodology, guides us in pinpointing critical parameters. This is complemented by a meticulous process technology selection, aiming to establish uniform process conditions for every molecule. Rather than adapting processes to fit existing batch vessels, our approach involves designing the plant according to the unique requirements of each process. This strategy proves particularly advantageous for processes benefiting from enhanced mass or heat transfer, previously limited by traditional batch vessels.

Embracing the flexibility inherent in batch vessels, we’ve transitioned to modular and skid-based plant systems. This innovative shift allows us to harness the benefits of continuous manufacturing while providing adaptability to various processes. Opening new process windows, we elevate speed and quality to unprecedented levels, simultaneously streamlining workup efforts.

The motivations for adopting continuous manufacturing are diverse and must be meticulously assessed for each unique process. In its relatively young existence, continuous manufacturing has rapidly evolved, with Microinnova at the forefront. Our extensive portfolio includes over 80 chemistries showcased in more than 200 projects, forming the bedrock of our vast experience.
